Every Saturday afternoon you can come to this page to see what the theme is for this week’s show, and submit your requests via the form below. Whoever’s hosting this week will play two hours of your requests from 9-11pm, and if there are any left over NACUS will mop them up from 11pm onwards, along with some other appropriate tracks that nobody thought to request. What could be simpler?

Today is Duncan Jones’ birthday, the filmmaker formerly known as Zowie Bowie, so this week on FFS Life we asked for your requests for records by people with a famous parent. The parents don’t necessarily need to be musical, but the children do. Join us as we open up the family album from 9pm.
