You don't have to be rich to listen to Off The Chart and you certainly don't need to be cool, all you need is a hankering for two hours of obscure, forgotten and neglected hits from this week in 1988! We can supply that, with added hits from the album, indie and "Other" charts, some of the day's news stories, TV and radio highlights, the day's gigs, a very peculiar hit from the Norwegian chart and the top five in full before we sail away for another week.
